Dr Raphaella Stander
Specialist Paediatrician
Dr. Raphaella Stander is a specialist pediatrician with a master's in pediatrics from UCT and a special interest in pediatric rheumatology. As a mom of three, she knows firsthand the ups and downs of parenting and the challenges of sorting through conflicting advice and information. Compassionate and approachable, Dr. Stander is passionate about empowering families to thrive by reducing stress and building supportive connections. With a vision of every child and family flourishing, she brings expertise and heart to her practice.

Megan Smith
Occupational Therapist
Megan is an occupational therapist with a very special interest in infants and toddlers. She has a Bachelors in Occupational Therapy and is currently completing her MSC in Sensory integration through Sheffield Hallam University in the UK.Originally from Hilton, KZN, Megan is passionate, excited and dedicated to paediatrics. She adores the 0-3 age group, and finds much joy in helping moms and children of this age group make their way through life’s challenges.

Dr Kate Browde
Specialist Paediatrcian and Allergist
Kate is a specialist paediatrician with a masters in paediatrics from UCT, and diplomas in child health and paediatric allergology. She has completed her training as a paediatric allergologist, and is preparing to sit certificate exams in July 2022.
Kate was born and bred in Joburg but relocated to Cape Town in 2007. She is a fun-loving, sensitive and passionate paediatrician and the mom of a busy little boy and girl. She has a vision of providing a safe space for all children and their parents.

Dr Caleb Langton
General Practitioner
Caleb Langton is a medical graduate with an MBChB from UCT, with a diverse background in emergency care and general practice around Cape Town. Driven by a passion for helping people and delivering quality healthcare, Caleb recently joined the ACP team with a goal to provide generalist care to all ages, including both children and adults. He has a particular interest in paediatrics, mental healthcare and adolescent wellbeing.
Growing up in Zimbabwe on a family farm with four siblings, Caleb's strong sense of connection and love for people inspired him to pursue a career in medicine, where he could make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Now, as a general practitioner, he is excited to support and care for his community, ensuring inclusivity and comprehensive healthcare for the whole family.
Caleb can't wait to meet you and help guide you on your journey to better health.

Dr Candice Levetan
Well Baby and Vaccination Service
Dr Levetan is a compassionate general practioner with a special interest in well-baby and preventative care. She offers comprehensive Well Baby consultations including growth and developmental assessments, feeding guidance, sleep and settling support, and routine vaccination advice, all aimed at helping little ones thrive from birth through early childhood.
With her calm, nurturing approach and commitment to evidence-based care, Dr Levetan ensures every parent feels supported and confident on their baby’s journey.
Appointments for Well Baby visits with Dr Levetan are now open at Atlantic Children’s Practice.

Liron Sharon
Occupational Therapist
We are delighted to welcome Liron Sharon to our Occupational Therapy team, working alongside Meg to provide comprehensive, child-centred care. Liron brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to supporting children across all areas of development, with particular focus on sensory processing, emotional regulation, fine and gross motor skills, and functional independence.
Together, Liron and Meg form a dynamic and collaborative partnership, ensuring families receive consistent, practical strategies that can be implemented both at home and in the school environment. Their shared philosophy centres on understanding each child’s unique sensory profile and building supportive foundations for confidence, participation, and growth.
Liron is passionate about helping children feel understood in their bodies and environments meeting their sensory needs in a way that promotes calm, resilience, and everyday success.

Play Therapist
Samantha Green
Samantha is a Play Therapist and Specialist Wellness Counsellor with expertise in Early Developmental Trauma and Circle of Security Parenting. She holds an Honours Degree in Psychology and is completing her Master’s in Play Therapy through Leeds Beckett University.
Passionate about helping children heal and grow, Samantha provides a safe space for them to process experiences, overcome challenges, and build resilience. She collaborates closely with parents and teachers to ensure holistic support tailored to each child's needs.

Speech Therapist
Amy Kallenbach
Amy is a Speech and Language Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology. She has completed the PROMPT Introduction Course which is a very useful therapy tool when working with children with speech and praxis problems. In addition, she has recently extended her training into dysphagia and feeding and has completed a Dysphagia for Speech-Language Therapists module through The University of Auckland (July 2020) and the SOFFI full course (Supporting Oral Feeding in Fragile Infant-November 2021).Amy is originally from Johannesburg and recently moved to the beautiful city of Cape Town in 2021. She is warm, friendly, and deeply grateful that she gets to wake up each morning to not only share her knowledge and passion about paediatric speech-language therapy but also to learn from the wonderful children and parents/caregivers she meets. She believes that acceptance, mutual respect, and teamwork are the essence of any good, collaborative relationship and are crucial in the therapeutic environment between therapist, child, and parent/caregiver.

Amanda Rush Fereira
Clinical Dietician Focused on Paediatrics
Amanda is a clinical dietitian and mom with over 10 years of experience specializing in pediatrics, including outpatient care and working in neonatal and pediatric ICUs. She focuses on fostering a positive relationship with food while ensuring optimal nutrition for growth and development.
Amanda can assist with infant feeding, introducing solids, picky eating, allergies, growth concerns, nutrient deficiencies, and managing conditions like epilepsy, autism, cardiac defects, and more.

Developmental Paediatrician
Dr Sadeeka Williams
Dr. Sadeeka Williams, fondly known as “Dr. Dee,” is a Cape Town native who completed her medical training at UCT. With experience at Tygerberg, Red Cross, and George Hospital, she brings expertise in caring for newborns to adolescents. Dr. Dee has a special interest in growth and neurodevelopment, particularly in the first 1000 days, and is trained in Griffiths neurodevelopmental assessments. She is available for sessions at the practice and can be booked via Recomed.
Physiotherapist
Maxine Clark
Maxine Clark is a paediatric physiotherapist and co-owner of Clark & de Kock Physiotherapy with a special interest in supporting infants, toddlers, and children through age-appropriate physiotherapy. She is passionate about partnering with families to help children reach their full developmental potential. Maxine has experience in gross motor development using neurodevelopmental therapy (Bobath/NDT), management of orthopaedic conditions and injuries in growing bodies, and paediatric pelvic health including bladder and bowel function.
